We employ more than 500 apprentices and trainees and can supply a well-skilled and hard-working apprentice or trainee for your business at short notice.

As a group training organisation focussed on the electrical industry, we carefully select our apprentices and then equip them with the vocational and professional skills they need to succeed in their career and in your business.

An exhaustive testing and recruitment process ensures that only the best applicants are selected to represent our company, your business and the industry. Our apprentices have an aptitude and an enthusiasm for our industry, and we provide pre-vocational training to ensure they start work-ready from day one.
We also offer all of our apprentices additional training in life skills, such as financial planning, defensive driving and more.

To further support our apprentices and their host employers, Electro Group provides comprehensive personal protective equipment and tools where required.
