This a non-accredited industry course.

CPR LVR Refresher course for students who have previously completed HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation and UETDRRF004 Perform rescue from a live low voltage panel units. 

Training and assessment of this essential skill set for all electricians and trades assistants. All students involved in electrical work which is required to maintain skill levels in low voltage rescue procedures as part of their duties. This CPR & LVR course is specifically designed to provide students with the knowledge and practical skills to perform a safe rescue of a casualty who has received an electric shock or other injuries while working on low voltage conductors or equipment (LVR).

The current Electrical Safety Act requires competency acquisition every 12 months.

Please note, If you hold superseded units and need a Statement of Attainment for current CPR/LVR units you will need to complete these units in full.

*Students will complete with a CPR/LVR Card for the refresher course and be provided with a Statement of Participation.

Prerequisites

A copy of your current CPR/LVR Card or Certificate/Statement of Attainment.

Students must have previously completed HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation and UETDRRF004 Perform rescue from a live low voltage panel to be eligible to complete the refresher course. 

**Must have completed an initial CPR/LVR as this is a refresher course only.
